Terms and Conditions

Hotel Directories and Non-Hotel Directory Items:
Participating hotels are required to enter a 4 year contract with USA Publishing, LLC, provide a complimentary sleeping room for our representative each year, and grant USA Publishing, LLC exclusive rights to hotel in-room advertising, front desk advertising, key card advertising and phone/TV log advertising.

Restroom Advertising:
Participating restaurants, nightclubs and hotels are required to enter into a 4 year contract with USA Publishing, LLC and must offer USA Publishing, LLC exclusive advertising rights to restroom exposure space.

Golf Score Cards, Golf Course Guides and Coupon Books:
Participating golf courses are required to enter into a 4 year contract with USA Publishing, LLC, and grant USA Advertising, Inc. exclusive advertising rights to all golf score cards, or golf course guide and coupon books. Participating golf courses are further required to sell the golf course guide and coupon books for profit to receive commissions on each sale.

Advertising Benches:
Participating cities or businesses are required to enter into a 4 year contract with USA Publishing, LLC, and must offer USA Publishing, LLC exclusive advertising rights to bench exposure.

Travellers Coupon Books:
Participating businesses are required to enter into a 1 year contract with USA Publishing, LLC Participating businesses are further required to purchase advertising in the coupon books for 1 year, to sell the coupon books for profit, and to give them prime shelf space in their business.
